How is Crossroads run?

Weald of Kent Crossroads is a registered charity with a locally-based, voluntary Management Committee which often includes those with personal experience of caring.

The scheme is run on a day-to-day basis by a Scheme Manager, an admin assistant and two care co-ordinators who in turn oversee a team of fully trained carer support workers. We are registered with The Commision for Social Care Inspectorate and inspection reports can by viewed on their website.
